Liberal Democrat hold

A by-election was held for the Glaven Valley ward of North Norfolk District Council on 29 September 2016 following the resignation of Liberal Democrat Cllr Andrew Wells in order to move to London for a new job.

Karen Ward held the seat for the Liberal Democrats.
