Labour Co-operative hold

A by-election was held for the Hitchin Oughton ward of North Hertfordshire District Council on 10 November 2016 following the resignation of Labour Cllr Simon Watson.

Martin Stears-Handscomb held the seat for Labour as a Labour Co-operative candidate.
