Conservative hold

A by-election was held for the Loddon division of Norfolk County Council on 24 September 2015 following the death of Conservative Cllr Derek Blake.

Blake was elected in a previous by-election held in Loddon division on 7 May 2015.

Barry Stone held the seat for the Conservatives.
