Conservative hold

A by-election was held for the Watling ward of Dacorum Borough Council on 2 May 2013 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr David Lloyd, after being elected as Police and Crime Commissioner for Hertfordshire.

Hilary Killen held the seat for the Conservatives.
