Conservative gain from UKIP

A by-election was held for the Watton division of Norfolk County Council on 19 November 2015 following the resignation of UKIP Cllr Stan Hebborn due to disillusionment with politics and a complaint that council officers wield too much power (BBC).

Claire Bowes gained the seat for the Conservatives.
