UKIP gain from Liberal Democrats

A by-election was held for the Coningsby and Tattershall ward of East Lindsey District Council on 2 May 2013 following the death of Liberal Democrats Cllr Raymond Curtis.

Julia Pears gained the seat for UKIP.
