Conservative hold

A by-election was held for the Grantham Barrowby division of Lincolnshire County Council on 2 July 2015 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr Jo Churchill, after being elected MP for Bury St Edmunds.

Mark Whittington held the seat for the Conservatives.
