A by-election was held for the Kingswood and Hazel Leys ward of Corby Borough Council on 9 February 2017 following the disqualification of Independent Cllr Kenneth Carratt, elected originally for Labour, for failing to attend any council meetings for six months.

Isabel McNab held the seat for Labour.
