North Hykeham Mill by-election, 2015

Conservative gain from Lincolnshire Independents

A by-election was held for the North Hykeham Mill ward of North Kesteven District Council on 30 July 2015 following the resignation of Lincolnshire Independents Cllr Jill Wilson, due to ill health.

Mike Clarke gained the seat for the Conservatives.
