Labour hold

A by-election was held for the Harringay ward of Haringey London Borough Council on 28 July 2016 following the resignation of Labour Cllr James Ryan in order to take up a job in the administration of the new Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan.

Zena Brabazon held the seat for Labour.
