Conservative hold

A by-election was held for the Bramhall South and Woodford ward of Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council on 20 November 2014 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr Anita Johnson, elected in 2014, due to poor health.

John McGahan held the seat for the Conservatives, and will be up for election again in 2018.
