Castle (Carlisle) by-election, 2014

Labour hold

A by-election was held for the Castle ward of Carlisle City Council on 11 September 2014 following the death of Labour Cllr Willie Whalen.

Another by-election was also held on the same day for the corresponding seat on Cumbria County Council, covered here.
