Douglas by-election, 2014

Labour hold

A by-election was held for the Douglas ward of Wigan Metropolitan Borough Council on 13 November 2014 following the resignation of Labour Cllr Joy Birch, originally elected in 2012, after moving to Northern Ireland.

Maggie Skilling held the seat for Labour, and will be up for election again in 2016.
