Helmshore by-election, 2014

Conservative hold

A by-election was held for the Helmshore ward of Rossendale Borough Council on 16 October 2014 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr Amanda Milling after being selected as Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for the Cannock Chase constituency. This seat will be up for election again in 2015.

Tony Haworth held the seat for the Conservatives.
