Higher Blackley by-election, 2016

Labour hold

A by-election was held for the Higher Blackley ward of Manchester City Council on 18 February 2016 following the resignation of Labour Cllr Anna Trotman, re-elected in 2014, for family reasons.

Paula Sadler held the seat for Labour and will be up for re-election in 2018.
