Mill Hill by-election, 2015

Labour hold

A by-election was held for the Mill Hill ward of Blackburn with Darwen Council on 23 July 2015 following the resignation of Labour Cllr Carol Walsh, elected in 2012, for personal reasons.

Carl Nuttall held the seat for Labour, and will be up for election again in 2016.
