Pensby and Thingwall, 2013

A by-election was held for the Pensby and Thingwall ward of Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council on 28 February 2013 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr Don McCubbin.

Phillip Brightmore gained the seat for Labour as a Labour Co-Op candidate.
