Liberal Democrats gain from Conservative

A by-election was held for the Abingdon Peachcroft ward of the Vale of White Horse District Council on 2 May 2013 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr Peter Jones.

Andrew Skinner gained the seat for the Liberal Democrats.
