Conservative hold

A by-election was held for the Adderbury, Bloxham and Bodicote ward of Cherwell District Council on 22 September 2016 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr Nigel Randall in protest of the Brexit vote in the European Union membership referendum.

Andrew McHugh held the seat for the Conservatives.
