Conservative hold

A by-election was held for the Bondfields ward of Havant Borough Council on 3 March 2016 following the death of Conservative Cllr Frida Edwards, elected in 2014.

Lance Quantrill held the seat for the Conservatives, and will be up for election again in 2018.
