Conservative gain from Liberal Democrats

A by-election was held for the Bulmershe and Whitegates ward of Wokingham Council on 13 November 2014 following the disqualification of Independent Cllr Lesley Hayward, originally elected as a Liberal Democrat in 2012, after admitting benefit fraud.

Alison Swaddle gained the seat for the Conservatives, and will be up for election again in 2016.
