Conservative hold

A by-election was held for the Cuckfield ward of Mid Sussex District Council on 2 May 2013 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr Katy Bourne after being elected Police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex.

Pete Bradbury held the seat for the Conservatives.
