Liberal Democrats gain from Conservative

A by-election was held for the Emmbrook ward of Wokingham Council on 17 February 2017 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr Christopher Singleton.

Imogen Shepherd-Dubey gained the seat for the Liberal Democrats.
