Farnham Residents gain from Conservative

A by-election was held for the Farnham Castle ward of Waverley Borough Council on 18 August 2016 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr Paddy Blagden to retire at the age of 86.

Jerry Hyman gained the seat for the Farnham Reisdents.
