Conservative hold

A by-election was held for the Farnham South division of Surrey County Council on 18 August 2016 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr David Munro after being elected Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey.

Robert Ramsdale held the seat for the Conservatives.
