A by-election was held for the Farnham Wrecclesham and Rowledge ward of Waverley Borough Council on 2 May 2013 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr Nerissa Warner-O'Neill.

Wyatt Ramsdale held the seat for the Conservatives.
