UKIP gain from Conservative

A by-election was held for the Folkestone Harvey Central ward of Shepway Borough Council on 4 September 2014 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr David Johnson after a local newspaper investigation.

David Callahan gained the seat for UKIP.
