Conservative gain from Liberal Democrats

A by-election was held for the Greendown ward of the Vale of White Horse District Council on 2 May 2013 following the resignation of Liberal Democrats Cllr Andrew Crawford.

St John Dickson gained the seat for the Conservatives.
