Liberal Democrats gain from Conservative

A by-election was held for the Hailey, Minster Lovell and Leafield ward of West Oxfordshire District Council on 9 March 2017 following the death of Conservative Cllr Warwick Robinson.

Kieran Mullins gained the seat for the Liberal Democrats.
