Conservative hold

A by-election was held for the Headley division of Hampshire County Council on 5 May 2016 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr Ferris Cowper to focus on his role as leader of East Hampshire District Council.

Floss Mitchell held the seat for the Conservatives.
