Liberal Democrats hold

A by-election was held for the Long Ditton ward of Elmbridge Borough Council on 23 July 2015 following the resignation of Liberal Democrat Cllr Toni Izard, elected in 2012.

Neil Houston held the seat for the Liberal Democrats, and will be up for election again in 2016.
