Conservative hold

A by-election was held for the Maidenhead Riverside ward of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (Unitary) Council on 10 March 2016 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr Andrew Jenner.

Judith Diment held the seat for the Conservatives.
