Labour hold

A by-election was held for the Quarry and Risinghurst ward of Oxford City Council on 18 September 2014 following the resignation of Labour Cllr Laurence Baxter, in order to take up a new teaching job in the Czech Republic.

Chewe Munkonge held the seat for Labour.
