Liberal Democrats hold

A by-election was held for the Valley ward of Tandridge District Council on 24 November 2016 following the resignation of Liberal Democrats Cllr Jill Caudle who was moving away from the area to live nearer family.

Dorinda Cooper held the seat for the Liberal Democrats.
