Liberal Democrats gain from Conservative

A by-election was held for the Whyteleafe ward of Tandridge District Council on 1 April 2015 following the disqualification of Conservative Cllr Tom Dempsey for not attending any meetings of the council in six months.

David Lee gained the seat for the Liberal Democrats.
