Conservative gain from Green

A by-election was held for the Abbey ward of Bath and North East Somerset Council on 17 November 2016 following the resignation of Green Cllr Jonathan Carr, saying he could not afford to live in the area.

Lizzie Gladwyn gained the seat for the Conservatives.
