Liberal Democrats gain from Conservative

A by-election was held for the Braunton East ward of North Devon District Council on 2 November 2017 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr Roy Lucas.

Derrick Wilfred John Spear gained the seat for the Liberal Democrats.
