Green gain from UKIP

A by-election was held for the Lydbrook and Ruardean ward of Forest of Dean District Council on 16 February 2017 following the resignation of Independent Cllr Colin Guyton, originally elected for UKIP.

Sid Phelps gained the seat for the Green Party.
