Conservative hold

A by-election was held for the Bilton ward of Rugby Borough Council on 6 November 2014 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr Craig Humphrey to start a new job as managing director of Coventry and Warwickshire Clearing House.

Julie A'Barrow held the seat for the Conservatives.
