St James's by-election, 2016

Labour hold

A by-election was held for the St James's ward of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council on 25 February 2016 following the death of Labour Cllr Mary Roberts, re-elected in 2015.

Cathryn Bayton held the seat for Labour, and will be up for election again in 2019.
