Liberal Democrats gain from Labour

A by-election was held for the Brinsworth and Catcliffe ward of Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council on 2 February 2017 following the resignation of Labour Cllr Andrew Roddison after being found guily of sexual assault (link).

Adam Carter gained the seat for the Liberal Democrats.
