UKIP gain from Labour

A by-election was held for the Rawmarsh ward of Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council on 16 May 2013 following the resignation of Labour Cllr Shaun Wright, after being elected Police and Crime Commissioner for South Yorkshire.

Caven Vines gained the seat for UKIP.
