Liberal Democrats gain from Labour

A by-election was held for the Westfield ward of York Council on 16 October 2014 following the death of Liberal Democrats Cllr Lynn Jeffries, who was originally elected for Labour.

Andrew Waller gained the seat for the Liberal Democrats.
